I recently started taking these and feel like they are working great. I can see an improvement in my hair and nails for sure! My nails are usually very brittle and they have improved.

I have no complaints. I liked it and I need to get it again. Good value for the price. Packaging is nice and quality is good. Great product and effective!

I love vitamins in gummy form. They seem to settle in my tummy better than pills or capsules! The flavor is good and I believe that benefitted from using these for both my hair and nails.

I took these for a while and noticed a slight improvement in my skin and nail growth, but not much of a change with my hair. Overall the taste as good and if I can remember to take them, I would continue to take them long term.
