I got these a few years ago the quality of this is amazing the packaging is a pretty pink color this really did allow me to feel more beautiful the value is worth getting.

While i dont think this product makes a huge difference overall, i can notice a difference in my hair when i stop taking these. I think it makes my hair grow faster and longer. The taste is fine, i would recommend trying it out.
