I've been taking these for about 4 years off and on and I never fail to see results. Worth the money. It's a longer process for healthy hair but in the end you'll be happy you did :) taste great too just like a gummy bear

I have a very hard time swallowing pills. These gummies taste great and are easy to take. I do notice that it works well for my nails. I haven’t noticed it truly effecting my hair and skin.

I think these work! It’s hard to tell wether or not this really works. However I do think i saw a difference in the density in my nails. I have pretty thin nails and this seemed to harden them!

As someone who doesn’t like taking pill this is a good alternative and it comes in a sweet gummy!! you will look forward to taking them everyday they give so many vitamins that we need on the daily
