I haven’t been using these long enough to notice any changes, but they taste great, easy to chew and they are great for the price, the quality is very good and I actually enjoy taking these.

i’m not sure if it really works but they’re cheap enough to try for yourself. they are super tasty so it was fine to take. i just personally didn’t notice a difference
