I have used these gummies for years. I got them in hopes of my hair growing faster. I don't really notice that they make a difference with my hair. But my nails grow super strong when i take them and that's why I continue to use them.

The product serves as a supplement for hair and nails. However, in my experience, it only helps strengthen nails, but I haven't found it effective for hair support. It's easy to use, tastes good with a light scent, and is chewy.

I didn't see such big difference in my hair or nails but they definitely felt healthier. It has been 3 months since i've been taking the supplement but its good enough.
