I used this for about 2 months! I didn't see great results. The gummy was tough and left a chalky after taste in my mouth. Definitely saw better results with other gummies!

Back when everyone was trying to get on hair, skin and nails vitamins, tried this and it did seem like my nails grew out faster. My skin and hair didn't seem to have any kind of negative effect but I did feel like it helped it looked better.

These have been some of the better tasting biotin vitamins I've had. I think my hair is a bit stronger after using, but I wasn't really keeping track.

This product works sooooo good!!’ my hair was right below my shoulders the beginning of June( when i started taking them) and It grew a good inch and a half and July is almost over! I havent broke it ever since!
