These hair skin and nail vitamins taste great. They have a good texture. And I saw a difference in my hair and especially in my nails in a short amount of time.

This is great for my nails. I have been taking them for a while and i have really noticied a difference in my nails. They dont break as easily and they are finally able to grow.

Yummy and I think it works. Sweet and taste a lot like candy so I really didn’t have any problem adding it to my routine. I just didn’t like it had gelatin in it. I avoid gelatin products at all costs
