I started using these mainly for my hair. I took a months worth and really only noticed a change in my skin. The flavor is great and the gummy is soft and not super hard.

This product works sooooo good!!’ my hair was right below my shoulders the beginning of June( when i started taking them) and It grew a good inch and a half and July is almost over! I havent broke it ever since!

I prefer gummy vitamins just because they are easier on the taste buds. The taste was a bit grainy, but they did well overall. I did see nail growth, and don't remember having any breakout issues, which can be common taking vitamins like these.

Works for what it does. Help we nails mostly as mine were weak. I take biotin with this as it helps with nail growth and helps make them stronger for the most part
