I've only been on these vitamin's for 15 day's and my finger nails are growing like crazy,as before I couldn't get them to grow at all ,so happy I started these vitamin's there worth it.

This is the worst vitamin it's too sweet and honestly I feel they are nothing more than gummy candy. They really are no good but the prenatal ones are absolutely perfect and my daily vitamin. Dont waste money here bc u will see its just gummy candy

I prefer gummies over pills for that type of thing, although I have taken it both ways, I like them a lot and they work, although I recommend you take or eat them for approximately 2 months or more to see the differences
