These are easy to swallow because of their soft texture and quite effective. The bottle is packaged with enough for a month's supply. The collagen, among other ingredients, does help with your hair skin and nails

Yummy and I think it works. Sweet and taste a lot like candy so I really didn’t have any problem adding it to my routine. I just didn’t like it had gelatin in it. I avoid gelatin products at all costs
