These vitamins really do help with hair and nails but it does take a little while for you to notice a change. They are easilyaccessible you can find them at most drugstores

I literally just googled this product so I can talk about HOW DELICIOUS THESE ARE. You will NEVER forget to take these vitamins because they taste like little pieces of strawberry heaven. I don’t know if they work but they taste better than candy.

I love the flavor of this product but it has a little bit sweet. The lid is designed good so the children can’t open it. I have been taking it for 1 month ,but I am not feel different from my hair. I will try it longer.
