These gummies are truly one of my absolute favorite gummies. My skin, hair, and nails glow with this brand. Being platinum it's hard to have healthy hair, but i will say my hair is super thick and healthy!

I took this pretty consistently and didn't see significant results. Maybe it was helping, but I didn't really see a big noticeable change that I felt I could contribute to taking the Biotin

I bought these vitamins when I noticed that my hair had begun to thin a bit. I can't really say that I noticed it regrowing with the supplements, but I do feel like they helped stop it from thinning.

I didn't feel these were really effective for me. The quality and taste were good. Packaging is average and decent value. Contains a lot of sugar in the ingredients which I don't care for.
