They’re pink. Which makes you want to buy and take them. They taste great too! But effective? I went thru two bottles and saw no difference. The capsule version is better

Eh, I don’t love these. I hate taking pills so I thought gummies were the way to go but these just taste awful to me and make me feel nauseous. They smell awful as well, the packaging is nice and the ingredients are fine though.

These taste amazing. Honestly it’s really hard to only eat two a day. I do notice that my nails are very very strong now and my hair is in better shape. It definitely helps I would recommend this product.

I don’t currently take this supplement but have in the past with great results. One thing about supplements that I often struggle with is the taste. This one tastes okay.,the texture isn’t terrible or grainy.
