Never really noticed a difference after using 3 bottles back to back. Feel like it's more a placebos and a way to get a small Amount of vitamins because I didn't notice any difference

These vitamins make it easy to want to take daily. They taste good and make me feel healthier. I've always had brittle nails and these helped in that area

I was taking these every day for 3 months and although they tasted good, they seemed to make my skin break out. My hair did not seem to grow any longer but my nails did grow long and hard.
