These are great! Just expensive so I don't get them often. I usually want to find a supplement that's more sustainable but I do see a difference when I eat them

I love the flavor of this product but it has a little bit sweet. The lid is designed good so the children can't open it. I have been taking it for 1 month ,but I am not feel different from my hair. I will try it longer.

My nails did grow fast long and strong. My skin no noticeable difference. But my hair fell out a lot, way more then before I started using the product. Which was the only reason I took the vitamins to begin with. . =( Not cool.
