I liked the taste, it was like strawberry. I did not see any results tho so I don’t know how effective it is. However, I can appreciate how easy they were to take.

The gummies actually taste really good but they dont have a bunch of sugar. The vitamins themselves also work really well. I love taking these because I look forward to the sweetnesss every morning when I take my other vitamins.

I like the taste of these I would buy them if they were gummies. I take them everyday. I think liquid vitimins work best but gummies are good for picky people

These helped my nails so much!! I had acrylic nails for nearly a year when I took them off. My nails were brittle and weak. I decided to give these a try and they worked! My nails are strong and thriving!
