I can not really tell if it worked or not. It tastes really good sometimes depends on if you are in the mood or not. I would change the flavor to a better one if I could.

This is a really good formula for the hair skin and nail health and growth. It takes a while to see the results usually 3-4 months but it is worth the results

The gummies taste good so that helps me make sure I take them every day. The results aren't drastic and it'll take at least a couple months of consistently taking them to see any type of results.
