I tried these supplements and they taste very good and they’re very effective. I saw results within about 1-2 weeks. I definitely recommend and now my hair, skin, and nails are so healthy. Also the packaging is sooo pretty.

I have used these gummies for years. I got them in hopes of my hair growing faster. I don't really notice that they make a difference with my hair. But my nails grow super strong when i take them and that's why I continue to use them.

These I haven't noticed too much of a difference on hair and nails, but they do taste alright. They do have a little bit of an after taste but nothing horrible.

These gummies are a bit expensive when you remember that you have to repurchase this every month and a half. I have noticed my hair has gotten healthier from using this product but not really any skin or nails differences.

I really like this supplement for my nails especially. I did not see much difference on my skin or hair but my nails have been improving. They are no longer brittle or broken easily.
