I took these for a few months and I feel like it made my nails stronger. I have weak nails but with these the nails became harder to bend which was nice! They also taste lovely which makes them easy to remember to take.

Good tasting. Takes several months to see results but it worked . After you stop you start to loose the results in a month , i would love to have a clear gummy instead of the type they sell

I'm really not sure if these vitamins do anything... but I continue to buy them because they taste so good and if they are strngthening my hair then great! I wish there was a noticeable improvement but there isn't.
