These taste amazing. Honestly it's really hard to only eat two a day. I do notice that my nails are very very strong now and my hair is in better shape. It definitely helps I would recommend this product.

I think the taste is good. The texture is a little tough. I'm not sure if it's in my head or not, but my nail do seem stronger when taking these regularly. I keep them in my bathroom for easy access and take daily. Price is right too.
