I've used these in the past, but the bottle I recently purchased seems to have been on the shelf a little too long. Vitamins were stuck together and not very gummy.

Did not enjoy the texture and taste of these vitamins. Left a strange taste in my mouth after. Tried once and would not try again. Just average vitamins

I like the taste of these I would buy them if they were gummies. I take them everyday. I think liquid vitimins work best but gummies are good for picky people

Great taste !! Not too gummy and great results my hair is healthier less breakage and my nails are stronger I would definitely recommend if you have had problems with your hair skin and nails

I didn’t enjoy this product it wasn’t the one for me , I just personally didn’t think that it worked for me and I was using it for a while and wasn’t satisfied

I tried them and broke me out, I don’t now what happened but my face was horrible, so I didn’t like them my hair was fine and my nail to nothing out of the normal .
