I prefer nature made's hair, skin, and nails supplements but these work ok to.im not going to say that I do or don't recommend them. I just prefer a different brand over this brand

These are my favorite vitamins. The gummies are soft and taste great, but they also give me a great source of biotin which is what I was looking for. I have a hard time remember to take normal vitamins, but these are almost like eating a treat.
