I took an entire bottle and a half of these pretty consistently. I did notice changes, but they were small and not as noticeable as the marketing let on. Taste is great

Never sure on the delivery of nutrients. However, it’s easy to take. The thing I’m not pleased with this product is it has a petroleum product to make gummy and some sugar. That’s doesn’t really feel very healthy in my book.

I was super excited to try these because Ive heard nothing but great things! Everyone says to wait about a month to see a noticeable change. Im on month two and still nothing seems to have changed. Wish it would have worked! Taste is very good!

Back when everyone was trying to get on hair, skin and nails vitamins, tried this and it did seem like my nails grew out faster. My skin and hair didn’t seem to have any kind of negative effect but I did feel like it helped it looked better.

I wouldnt say these are the best, to me, gummies are the least effective dietary supplements. Although they taste good and make you feel as though you are actually improving in said areas, in all reality you are not. Not the best out there so far.
