It has been awhile since I used this last but when I did use it, it didn’t seem to do much. I tried it for over a year thinking it took time but really no changes, and can be pricey.

Not the best… the softgels are way better. The bottle I got expired like two weeks after purchasing, so I may have gotten unlucky, but they seemed to be uneffective even before expiring
