Definitely helped strengthen my nails THANK GOD after all of the damage from acrylics but didn't help my hair or skin much. Better tasting than most gummies but kinda a weird texture

This is a nice change from the pills I was taking for more support for my hair. I just started it so I hope it works well - and it doesn't taste bad - kind of like a gummy bear.

The taste was pretty good, along with the consistency of the gummy. I didn't see much of a change in my skin, nails, or hair after several months of using these gummies.

I do not like taking a bunch of pills. However this gummy is a life changer. The flavor is great. They are not very large. The only thing is I believe it could be a tad cheaper.
