I use to take these everyday. They taste great the downside is I didn’t notice a difference at all. I have not bought them again since. I think k it’s a waste of money honestly. There are way better vitamins on the market

I’ve been taking these gummy vitamins for the past few years and I love them! The good thing about the gummies is you can just grab and go. But I do notice my hair and nails are stronger and my skin is healthier and I have less blemishes!
