I like vitamins in gummy form. However I took these for 3 months and didn't see any significant changes.... Maybe not for me. And they are a bit pricey.

These supplements were pretty tasty, I feel like I’m just eating candy. Definitely helped me hair and nails grow fast. Can’t go wrong with this supplement.

The flavor of these is really good. It’s so good I want to eat the whole bottle. But other than that I don’t notice a huge difference. I notice my nails look healthier but that’s about it.
