These taste really good and have a great texture. I personally didn't notice a difference in my hair and nails while using this, but it does contain a lot of good ingredients to help with those.

My nails definitely appreciate any targeted vitamin, and this one fit the bill. It is ordinary, but still a great option, as well as easily accessible.

I have mostly tried these in hopes of it helping strengthen my nails, i feel like they do help when i remember to take them on a regular basis. They taste pretty good but tend to stick together after awhile but maybe my house is just too humid.
