These supplements don't taste very good. I also didn't notice a difference in anything but my nails. Even that difference wasn't very apparent. If you are desperately in need of one maybe try these but I wouldn't recommend!

I just bought this brand of Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins. I can't determine yet if they work but I can confirm that they do taste good. They aren't chalky tasting and you only take two daily. East to take, good price and nice flavor, in all 👍🏼!
