These are my favorite vitamins. The gummies are soft and taste great, but they also give me a great source of biotin which is what I was looking for. I have a hard time remember to take normal vitamins, but these are almost like eating a treat.

I love these gummies because they taste so good however they don’t work as good as the pills results one so that is why I choose to switch over but that’s the only thing.

It easy to take everyday and definitely saw results with them especially with my nails. My nails were breaking anymore! I am not sure if there was a change in my hair I couldn't really tell and the same goes for my skin.
