Since a being taking this gummy’s my hair is super strong and shinny. My nails have been growing so fast and strong! Im super satisfied! I really recommend this! Also the flavor is awesome so fruity! I feel confident and empowered!

These gummies taste so good that you would want to eat the whole bottle. I am bad with vitamins but these gummies are not hard or over sugary. And great price

I tried this to see if it would be any better than taking Biotin by itself. It was about the same. I would rather use a product with a few ingredients rather than several.

These are ok. They taste nice but I really didn’t see any difference with my hair or nails. I’m sure if over a year they would work but I only took them for a few months.

I don't care for it. The taste is blah and honestly I didn't see any change after using it. Had my mom try a bottle and she didn't see a change! But what works for some isn't going to work for all.

This Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nail is taste good . Suppy biotin for hair,skin and nail. But the gummies will be melted easily and stick together. Hoping they can fix this.

I really enjoyed taking these because of the taste. I did notice a difference in my nails but not much with my hair or skin. I’m sure if I take them longer I will notice a difference.

These vitamins taste pretty good and are easy to take. However I did not really notice any changes when I was taking them. I would suggest taking the pills over these or biotin, which this brand also offers.
