These are very tasty and have great reviews. I would have given them a 5 star but they have sugar in them. I took them and it didn’t see the best results.

I loved the taste of the gummies and saw my hair and nails improve, but unfortunately I think the biotin broke my skin out a little. Other than that, the cost was great as I could frequently get them on sale.

I really enjoy these vitamins. They taste very good which makes it easy to take. I’ve never been a big pill taker so I lean more towards gummy vitamins. I definitely noticed a difference in my hair and nails after taking these!

Nature's Bounty Hair and Nails contains vitamins that both taste and smell great.I can see the change already.I enjoy the natural taste of these vitamins. The others utilize artificial sweeteners.

Unsure if these helped at all but they’re quick to take. The packaging is appealing and easy to use. Ingredients are a little bit of everything. Not all natural.
