I was taking these last year but I didn't see a change at all even though I finished the bottle still nothing changed. I was kind of disappointed with these.

These gummies of 230 strawberry flavor are impossible to get out of the bottle. They are all stuck together and eventually used a knife and fork to get them all out and put them in a sandwich baggie. Bad experience.

It tastes good and I do notice a difference in my hair, skin, and nails when I use this versus when I don’t use it. Overall it’s a great product and I’d recommend it.
