these are okay. i didnt see a difference in anything. they taste really good and are cheaper than other vitamins. Maybe it didnt work for me but it could for you. the ingredients are normal vitamin ingredients.

I’m not sure if this is the one I had or not. But the one I tried for hair, skin and nails didn’t work for me. I only gave it one bottle though, maybe it takes longer than that. I’m not really sure?

These gummy vitamins do taste good, but I’m not sure if they really work for growing out hair, skin, and nails. It is a good supplement to a healthy diet though.
