Usually I get the bigger bottle but I do like this brand and these ones specifically. The taste is good, they aren't super expensive and I think they work pretty well!

These are a really tasty gummy with an excuse to eat everyday. I noticed 0 difference in my hair skin or nails and don't think they really work, but they taste good
