These taste really great. However, I took for years and didn’t notice much of a difference. My hair didn’t grow any quicker and my skin and nails remained the same. I haven’t taken them for almost a year. I prefer taking liquid collagen over biotin.

They worked amazingly to help promote my hair and nail growth. My skin also has a brighter glow and more healthy look but this is also paired with clean living and a healthier lifestyle as well.

it doesn’t rly grow your hair but makes ur nails super strong and grows fast. however does not grow ur hair faster or anything like that but still nice for nail strength
