On my third bottle and Ive definitely seen results. My nails are alittle stronger and growing out and my skin is clearer. I dont really notice any changes on my hair. They taste just like candy so taking these vitamins is no hardship lol.

Natures Bounty these are a great product, I like the fact they are gummies sometimes pulls can be unpleasant ! I would recommend also I see a huge difference in my hair and nails

I took these for a few months and I feel like it made my nails stronger. I have weak nails but with these the nails became harder to bend which was nice! They also taste lovely which makes them easy to remember to take.

They taste delicious! I take with my vitamins and they are like dessert but they give you added benefits! I feel my nails are healthier/stronger and that my fine hair feels more organic. Would recommend and reasonably priced
