I tried for a month, but unfortunately i didn't notice any significant improvement in my hair's strength and growth. The chewy gummy format isn't my favorite.

This is the worst vitamin it's too sweet and honestly I feel they are nothing more than gummy candy. They really are no good but the prenatal ones are absolutely perfect and my daily vitamin. Dont waste money here bc u will see its just gummy candy

I've been taking these gummy vitamins for the past few years and I love them! The good thing about the gummies is you can just grab and go. But I do notice my hair and nails are stronger and my skin is healthier and I have less blemishes!

Honestly these tasted really good, but I'm not sure how much they actually helped. They're really tasty and pink. Nothing bad happened but I didn't notice a huge different.
