[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first go around with this product. They taste so great. I had to hide them from my girls (they think its candy). I can see some growth with my hair but not so much my nails .

These taste really great. However, I took for years and didn’t notice much of a difference. My hair didn’t grow any quicker and my skin and nails remained the same. I haven’t taken them for almost a year. I prefer taking liquid collagen over biotin.

I have been taking since a year now. I love how my hair and nails been strong and less damaged now. I take two gummies in a day. It’s got good flavor. Comes in a good tall bottle. I love gummies better then meds.
