I tried these for one month. They tasted great but I’m not sure I saw a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. I stopped taking them after my bottle was done.

I’ve used Nature’s Made gummies for hair, skin, and nails for years. I love that it’s easy to take (I don’t like pills) and it’s easily accessible at most stores.

These are pretty okay, these taste good and are easy available at all the grocery stores! I did see a slight difference in my nail growth but did not see a major difference in my hair growth or skin quality!
