I love these vitamins, such a great product. Not only are they delicious but a great boost for hair, skin, and nails vitamins. I hate pills so these gummies are perfect! I would recommend.

There is no strong noticeable difference. It can help in the long run but don't expect there to be fast and immediate results. I gave it 3 stars because I feel it can be useful to use in the background.

I've always stuck with Nature's Bounty for my vitamins, and these are even better because they come in a gummy. Great taste and much easier for me to remember than swallowing a pill everyday.

I saw a difference after taking them for a while. They tasted really good like candy and had no harmful ingredients not to mention it was affordable . I like the packaging it's simple and cute.

These were ok, tasted good but I didn’t notice a change in my hair, skin & nails, maybe I didn’t take it long enough. I found something else for a better price & bigger bottle.

My friend been bragging about this product for awhile. So I decided to give it a try. Tried this for a month or two didn’t notice any difference. They taste amazing though other than that I wouldn’t recommend.
