Does not taste bad very chewy and if I already purchased this 2x you know its good and it works

I've finished almost the entire bottle and, unfortunately, I didn't see much of a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. I keep hoping I will see some sort of improvement, but so far no such luck. I have been taking this vitamin as recommended for about 7weeks and the only change I noticed is that my nails started breaking in very worrying ways right from below the nail line which gets painful as it gradually breaks off. I guess the possible side effect of nail breakage mentioned in the product overview applied to me. I bought 2 bottles of this gummies based on the high rating but I have to return the unopened bottle. Hopefully Sam's will still accept it seeing it is a consumable.

I like the fact that it is a gummy and the taste isn't terrible, but it's not that good either. This is the first gummy hair, skin and nails vitamin I have used but will definitely keep using it.

I just finished my first bottle of these vitamins and I have truly noticed a difference in my overall nail strength and health. I bought them because I specifically wanted to treat my nails that tend to be very weak. My nails are so strong already after just one bottle so I am very happy with the result and I have repurchased another bottle.

Used the whole jar. Punched twice… I do not think that it help me as much as I need. I love to concept of gummy vitamins however there are some vitamins and supplement that you can’t get properly in a gummy. However I do think these are a good go to for those who can’t take tabs. They are soft and easy to take! They are yummy so be careful and only take what you are directed to! Would I buy it again… not likely. Would I recommend it. Yes, among other brands also. Just wasn’t getting the result I wanted with this particular gummy vitamin.
