These tasted pretty good. I'm not much of a tablet taker, so having the option of gummies has changed the game. However.... I didn't see much of a difference on my hair, skin, or nails even after 3 months. But, it is never guaranteed to work on every single person since every body is different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamin gummies came right on time! I'm currently growing out my dyed hair, and the gummies have seemed to help a lot, in my opinion. I haven't noticed any more growth than normal, but I have noticed a lot less breakage. The gummies are also yumtastic! I would definitely recommend.

I usually prefer gummies lol, and it’s not always great tasting when it comes to supplements for hair/skin/nails… however these taste great! I have added them to my routine, since I also get my nails done, and my natural nails are damaged on a monthly basis… I also have long hair, and I’ve noticed a difference in the overall health and appearance/growth of my hair since taking these! I have a strict skincare regime, so it’s hard to say if it’s impacted the health of my skin, but there’s been no negative impact at all! Would recommend! :)

They taste great and have no vitamin flavor which I appreciate. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always skeptical of these things when I see them. But opened them, tried one and was sad that they only recommend 2 a day. They taste amazing (if you like strawberries) and they dont leave a weird aftertaste like some vitamins do. Within a few days my nails had already started growing probably about 2-3 times faster than normal. And my hair seemed to grow pretty quickly within the month. But with that, I needed to wax my brows, legs and bikini area a lot sooner too. Because ALL hair grows faster!!
