I used to take biotin to improve my hair and skin health (my nails are naturally beautiful and strong- lucky me) but I got tired of it and did not notice a huge difference after a very long time. What I like the most about this product is that all I'm doing is taking delicious gummies not pills. They have really fantastic taste, a good texture, and you only take 2 a day. Im not a huge fan of sugar being the first ingredient, however it is only 2g a serving so overall its not too bad. Im excited to see how it helps my hair skins and nails!
