I havent noticed a difference in my skin. Not sure if it helps hair grow longer but it seems healthier and more shiny. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been taking these since I was in high school… and that was years ago! It’s such a good vitamin and has helped my hair and nails grow. My hair is healthier and my nails are not fragile as they use to be before I started taking these. I highly recommend if anyone is considering getting these or wanting to try biotin vitamins.

I haven’t noticed much difference in hair growth or nails, but I know it takes longer than that before you can see a difference in your hair or nails. So I’m gonna continue to take them. I have about one week or so maybe more left and I will probably end up purchasing more. You have a nice strawberry taste. They chew very well and seems easy to digest.
