Ive only been taking them for the last 2 weeks so I havent seen a huge improvement in my hair skin and nails but I have started to notice progress. After these run out Ill easily buy them again.

They taste really good Ive taken them for 4 days so far and I will say this I cut my nails the day I started them and theyve grown pretty fast and are stronger than the usually brittle nails they are and the only thing Ive changed is taking these gummies so Im loving them so far definitely recommend!!!!

this stuff is packaged well it not only taste like candy but it’s so delicious so you don’t have to worry about a nasty after taste. the texture is like a gummy and it works really well it made me hair nice and silky and my nail are getting longer!! it’s not that pricy.
