I'm not at all a fan of artificial strawberry flavors, but the flavor is tolerable. Especially with these not going hard quickly. I wish they were full multivitamin honestly. Love the size of the bottle. Easy to put in any cupboards at the house. The cap, my kids can't easily open. Another bonus. And the bright and amazing labeling doesn't hurt either. Great job natures bounty. Glad I got this complimentary. Well worth the try.

My nails are a bit stronger but they are still peeling. I haven’t noticed much change in my skin but I suffer from dry skin in the winters. As for the gummies themselves the texture is good and the taste is really nice.

Love the packaging so bright and pink, easy to open for adults but its also child proof. Im super excited to see the results! They were very tasty, easy to digest. They got a weird white film on them over the course of the month. I'm not sure if it really did anything or not. I didn't see much improvement, but it was a great price and worth the try. It didn't really work for me, but I've had friends who have loved it and it is a great price.

Mostly I think they really helped strengthen my nails. The flavor threw me off though. I loved them at first but the flavor got old real quick.

I cut several inches off my hair in August and it's January and my hair is almost back to that length. My only concern is that sugar is the first ingredient which usually means there's a lot of it. Concerns me a bit.
