No way did I think it would work but my skin and nails are thriving! Drawbacks: 1. the gummies are, well, gummy; 2. the taste is not so great; and 3, I hate it when a 'dose' is two gummies not one, making the amount purchased less than expected.

These are a fun choice for a vitamin supplement! They taste good and are easy to chew. I've taken these for about four months and the caplets before that . I notice a real difference when I take them. I took a break from brands and went back. I'm happy my stylist told me about them!

They do taste great but eating gummy vitamins just adds more sugar into your body that it doesn't need. If you feel like you need a vitamin I'd recommend taking a regular vitamin.
