I’ve gotten these before but a couple weeks after starting a new container, all the gummies stuck together. The cap was on porperly the entire time. This is so annoying. I’ve spent a good half hour trying to break up the glob out of the container so I can separate them individually, so I can take them. This hasn’t happened before and for rather pricey vitamins, this is a hassle.

I didnt give it 5 starts because this version ( gummies) somehow is not healthy. It has a sugar and corn syrup. I prefers Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Hair Skin Nails, 5000mcg of Biotin, 150 Count (Pack of 2) . This last one has all the benefits without the bad ingredients for a healthy and fitness lifestyle!

I have been taking this brand of collagen capsules before. Recently, I tried strawberry-flavored gummies. *strawberry flavor is good,I usually take 2 pills after meal. BUT they taste so good! And Ive even noticed improvements about my nails. Ive been taking these gummies for a couple weeks now and they seem harder and grow quicker!

I’ve noticed my nails are getting strong and my skin is looking brighter. I also love the difference in my hair. This will be a gummy I take everyday from now on.

I really enjoy these vitamins! They taste so good so its hard to only take 2 a day. The biggest change I've noticed are my nails! They used to be so brittle and take forever to grow. Now they are a lot stronger and are able to keep a nail shape! I haven't noticed a huge different in my hair but I'm only halfway through my first bottle. Will repurchase!
