My hair just seems thicker/healthier and my skin is clearer too. They taste really good and I usually take 2 in the morning. I loved the taste of these strawberry gummies! I wouldn't have been able to tell they were vitamins unless for the label. I used the whole bottle (a little more than a months supply). Although I have never struggled with my skin, my nails are stronger than ever! My hair feels thicker and healthier. I will definitely continue to use this product. These taste like strawberry, without being too sweet. Theyre easy to remember, with the pink packaging peeking out of my medicine cabinet. They seem to work well; Ill try to update once Ive finished the bottle. My only complaint is they dont say much about how they work or what kind of results I should be getting. Why biotin? I take collagen peptides daily which also help my skin & hair but also contain protein, so the main beauty benefit of these over my collagen habit is simply price.
