They taste really good Ive taken them for 4 days so far and I will say this I cut my nails the day I started them and theyve grown pretty fast and are stronger than the usually brittle nails they are and the only thing Ive changed is taking these gummies so Im loving them so far definitely recommend!!!!

I was previously using another HSN supplement that is a lot more effective in comparison. However, I do feel like these helped maintain the progress I had made with the other supplement.

I've been using these gummies for several weeks and have noticed a visible improvement in the health of my hair and nails. The flavor is delicious, like fruit gummies, which makes it very easy to take them every day. The ingredients are of good quality, and I like that it contains 2,500 mcg of biotin, which has been key to seeing results. Plus, the packaging is practical and easy to use. As for the price, I think it's fair for the quantity of gummies it contains. I will definitely buy them again, as they have been effective and pleasant to consume.

They dont have a weird after taste, they have a great amount of biotin for hair and nails and you actually see your hair and nails get longer and stronger! I would definitely recommend using in addition to other daily multivitamins.

In this day and age, there was way too much sugar and corn syrup in this product! It not only tasted too sweet, but the sugar content should be one gram or less, and in this product it was 2 grams, i.e., twice as much as it should be. Plus, there was 3 grams of carbohydrate. Nature’s Bounty could certainly substitute Stevia or Lo Han Guo. If anyone needs Biotin for the Hair, I would suggest taking an [unsweetened] capsule or powder into unsweetened applesauce. I'd rather take a vitamin without added refined sweeteners. To me, all the added sweeteners, cancel out any benefit one would get from the vitamin.
