This is a great vitamin! The perfect amount to keep your hair skin and nails healthy and growing. I prefer to take with a small meal or snack. And with continued use my nails skin and hair see a transformation. All get a little stronger and plumper! Great price point!

The taste of these is great, had me wanting to take more than the recommended amount they are so good. I think for a multivitamin it's good, I never notices a huge difference in the way I felt or hair, nails. I don't think I would buy them again. I just was not that impressed with them.

My nails used to break very easily, and now they are so strong that my manicures last around 3 weeks. My hair is almost growing TOO fast! I love the taste of these. I take them before bed, and they satisfy my sweet tooth. They are affordable, and I will definitely continue to purchase.
