I didn't like that the first ingredient listen is sugar, and the second one is corn syrup - makes it seem as if it isn't healthy. Let's wait a couple of weeks to see the results! Ive taken these vitamins before and they did an excellent job of making my hair growth, my skin looked great and my nails were growing like crazy. So I decided about 3 months ago to start back taking them and I must say I see that same results as before. My hair growth is astonishing, it is so healthy and full. My hair was cut very short and now I have a curly fro. I will continue to take them.

I'm really liking these gummy supplements for hair and nails. Taste delicious too! Ive been using for almost 3 months now. I've definitely seen a difference in my nails. I am not sure of the effects on my hair as I also have thinning hair and use biotin hair products. But my hair does feel like it's stronger and may be benefiting. Totaly worth the price. And the packing is super modern and easy.

The supplement and vitamin daily values were satisfactory. The taste was very good! The only improvement I suggest would be to increase the amount of supplements and vitamin values besides the biotin, and to increase the amount of gummies in one container. My favorite part of these was the taste - SO GOOD!

They say to take it with food. I've done with and without and didn't notice a difference. The bottle is very practical. Will update with results.

As I have acne prone skin instead of taking two I just take one per day, probably thats the reason why I havent seen better results but Ill keep taking them!
