A fan of this. I’ve use it for so long. It my hair is stronger, more beautiful. My skin looks more beautiful as well. Also feel like my nails are stronger than ever. Not only that but also tastes so good, I need to force myself not ear the whole jar at once.

They taste fantastic so its not a chore to take them on the daily. In regards to their effects for the hair skin and nails Im not sure how much they actually do. My nails do however seem to be growing longer and stronger.
