This is basic for every day use, we need to take care of ourselves as women and keep the out bodies active. This give a boost of vitamins we may be missing out on due to our bsy lives this is easy and effective. Great to grow hair nails and preserve collagen in the skin.

But for the first few days Ive used them I think my nails have grown stronger, but I dont know if thats true or Im just making myself think that.
