[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product should be taken over a time period longer than a month to two months. Its hard to see results in that short amount of time. Compared to other alternatives, I didnt see a lot of improvement. My hair and my skin wasnt greatly affected. My nails did grow a little stronger.

As far as taste these are amazing. They taste like candy, so it is not a struggle to take two of these every day. While they might taste great though, I am looking for something that works. I just have not seen any real results with taking these for two months.

I usually purchase this product in-store. Lately, I have ordered from Walmart's website because I have not found the vitamins in the store. My order came in the mail and for the first time ever, my gummy vitamins were stuck together and were covered in a white powder. I called the company that shipped my product... Pharmapacks. They stated that it sounds like my vitamins were exposed to heat. They are also refunding my money minus tax. They are unable to tell me if the vitamins have lost their effectiveness though.

I've been taking these for about two years and I have been a definite improvement in my hair, skin, and nails, The fact I can pop them in my mouth and forget it is so much easy then trying to remember to take pills which I always forgot. They are right by my coffee pot so first thing in the A.M. I take them.
