Only 2 gummies a day to get beautiful hair, stronger nails, and better skin. I've only taken these for a few days but my hair is getting shiny and soft.

So Ive been taking these for about two weeks I think and I cant say if its working but I thankfully have had no reactions from the biotin. All I have to say though is they taste AMAZING! Like I want to repurchase these just for the fact that they taste like real strawberries yum! Either way I think its a good alternative to swallowing pills!

They dont have vitamin d so this shouldnt be your only source of supplements but still amazing and when I finish the bottle I will let you know how my hair and skin and nails have changed since taking them.

Texture is great too, it doesn't get stuck in your teeth like most gummy products do and it's easy to chew. I definitely reccomend it just from the taste alone, its worth giving a try

I threw my bottle in my gym bag and eat them after a workout. I did find out they were a little more expensive than I would have anticipated, but what doesnt work for me may work for someone else.
