[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] two weeks taking this gummies and i noticed a difference in my nails , they are getting harder and difficult to break, The best thing is the flavor of the gummies they dont taste nothing like vitamins , ill keep taking them to see what other changes ill have , but so far so good i love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rated this product 3 stars because of the fact that I saw a slight difference but not enough to really make me want to buy it again. I did not notice any change with my hair, meaning length, volume, or thickness. However, I noticed my nails were slightly thicker than normal. I thought the gummies tastes amazing and were so simple to use. If you're in a search for thicker nails, this may do the job

They taste good and all, but I can't actually tell if they work. I'd like to think so! My nails haven't been any stronger and crack and break off after taking them for over a month and half. It's hard to tell if it helps my hair as well..no major signs. And my skin has been fairly clear, but due to other products that I trust.

They are a good value and have no artifical sugar which is important to me. These are a little bit too sugery for me personally, but otherwise are exactly what I expected.

I have always had nails that break easily and this is helping with that. I have also noticed that my hair looks shiny and less dull. As for my skin... Well it looks to be clearer than it was at the start of taking these.
