These gummies actually taste pleasant. They are easy to chew and go down smoothly. I actually see a difference when I take them In my hair and nails. They both get longer and are stronger. I would take these constantly but the biotin makes my heart race I would definitely recommend if you can take them.

I have healthy hair (I rarely apply heat and I never dye it) so it grows steadily but I recently cut it and several friends were telling me my hair was so long already!
