[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If nothing else, these are really delicious gummies with a perfectly soft texture. Sometimes I open up the jar just to sniff the strawberry scent. It's hard to know after only a couple of weeks whether the vitamins are really working, but I'm sure they do. I would definitely recommend.

Upon receiving this product I was very excited since its the number 1 brand for hair, skin, and nails. The pros of this product is that the gummies taste like candy and the flavor is strawberry. I took 2 gummies daily with a meal. Per serving it was 2500 mcg. I would recommend this item and look forward to seeing the outcome of taking this for a few months straight. Its definitely a try.

They were very tasty, easy to digest. They got a weird white film on them over the course of the month. I'm not sure if it really did anything or not. I didn't see much improvement, but it was a great price and worth the try. It didn't really work for me, but I've had friends who have loved it and it is a great price.

Another downfall to this product are the ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup and Vegetable oil. For a company named Natures Bounty they should of used Stevia Leaf or Monk Sugar. I gave them a 3 for No soy, No Gluten, No Milk, and No lactose. I didnt notice any miraculous changes on hair growth.

I also have pretty strong nails and hair to begin with, so it's understandable that I didn't see improvement there. I don't have great skin, but didn't see much of a change there either. I love how many come in a bottle, it's a sweet strawberry flavor, and they don't upset my stomach. Definitely recommend it if you want to take more biotin.

I threw my bottle in my gym bag and eat them after a workout. I did find out they were a little more expensive than I would have anticipated, but what doesnt work for me may work for someone else.

I have used these gummies before after receiving them in a Fab Fit Fun box. These are a great hair, skin, and nails alternative to the sugar bear hair gummies that you have probably seen celebrities and social media influensters post about. These are essentially the same thing but much cheaper!
