I have been taking these for about two months now and honestly, I really don’t see a difference in anything. My hair is not growing any faster and still falling out my nails always grow so I can’t really tell if that’s working. I’ll continue to take them but not sure what results I’m supposed to actually seeon a good note. They taste delicious and do not taste like vitamins at all.

I have used this product in the past and honestly wasn’t too impressed with them. I didn’t notice to much of a different with my hair and nails. They did however taste pretty good. But I never really noticed a change so I probably wouldn’t get them again.

I've been using Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails with 2500 mcg of Biotin for a few months now and I'm pleasantly surprised by the results! My hair feels stronger and has a noticeable shine, and my nails are much less brittle. The tablets are easy to swallow, which is a bonus, though I wish they had a slightly less strong aftertaste. Overall, I would rate it 4/5 stars for the improvements I've seen in my hair and nails, making it a worthwhile addition to my daily routine!

The flavor tastes pretty good, they taste sweet and looking at the label it does list corn syrup as an ingredient as well as sugar, so something to keep in mind. It lists 2 grams of value of daily sugar intake as well. Mostly what you'll be getting is vitamin c, vitamin e, and biotin from taking these. I don't normally take vitamins as an everyday routine but I will try these and see if I have any noticeable results. Also the overall price on these isn't too bad.

One thing that really sets these apart as well is the flavor and the amount you get per bottle! They are a great value and they taste great too. They had a yummy strawberry taste. These are the perfect kind of vitamin to take without feeling like your actually taking vitamins. Glad to try these out, and cant wait to see the results at the end of a bottle!

I had damage from acrylics and now my nails look much stronger and healthier and my skin looks more glowy. A great bonus is that they taste really good so I actually enjoy taking them. 10/10 would recommend.

It smelled like strawberry candy. So i had to give it a try, the gummies were delicious! Theyre super soft and easy to chew unlike some gummy supplements. Would definitely buy this again!
