Since I started taking these vitamins, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my skin—my face looks beautiful! The flavor is delicious, sweet, and pleasant. I have dry and brittle hair and brittle nails. I love the fact that these are more of a natural kind of gummy they taste great and for the money you get such a great deal I noticed my skin in my hair healthier when I am taking these daily. The packaging appears more to women and I love how many come in one bottle.

I bought this product about a month ago May 18, 2022, and the expiry date was 04/27/19. It seems to be a continuous trend for the enterprise to distribute expired products since there have been multiple complaints about the expiry date. It is obvious the care is not provided for consumers and as such the product is NOT GOOD. EXPIRY PRODUCT leads to waste of money and ineffective product.

Im not sure of the effects yet but reading the nutritional fact theres a good amount of biotin that I think there will be a slight difference. However, I would not replace these as my normal vitamin I would only add them as an addition.
