Not only do they help with hair, skin, and nails but they aren't horrible tasting and doesn't leave a chalky aftertaste. Easy to swallow and great value for the money as well. The product quality is amazing and light. It has other great vitamins as well as biotin

I love these gummies! I’m not one to take vitamins because I don’t like taking pills but these honestly feel like candy. The taste is just like any other regular strawberry gummy and they’re so effective for your skin, nails, and hair! My nails were very fragile prior to taking these.

I know everyone has different opinions on vitamins, but for me personally I always integrate a hair/skin/nail supplement and these were a wonderful one. These are my favorite vitamins. They actually taste really good. They don't have a weird after taste like some other gummy vitamins I've tried before. They're super handy because I'm always on the go so being able to just pop them in my mouth and chew them without worrying about a beverage to chase them with is great.
