I had COVID June 2021. My hair started falling out in August. By October, I had lost 1/2 of it. My doctor said it was because of my age (60, hormones). My hair dresser said, "Take biotin. It's COVID hair loss." I had these in the pantry and had been taking them randomly. I started taking them daily. By Oct '22, my hair dresser recommended thinning my hair again. Now, I am having it thinned about twice a year instead of 3 times. It took a while, but I saw new hairs starting to grow within a couple of months. I also noticed my nails getting stronger, which I had never really thought about.

Tastiest product in regards to hair skin and nails. I could probably eat the whole bottle as if it was a pack of gummy bears. I recommend this brand more than any other brand because they do not stick together. The only time that they will stick is when it gets down to the last maybe 10 and they're stuck to the bottle at the bottom which all you have to do is shake it around.

These are a great starter for your collagen, biotin, anti-aging gummies. Of course, there are a myriad of others but these are a nice basic one. You will need to basically consume the whole bottle and then get another and be super consistent to “see” the results. You’ll notice shinier hair and faster growing nails. Skin still pretty much the same, maybe a little more hydrated? But I like them and they taste good, also cheaper than most others with option for bigger bottles.

These are yummy biotin gummies. I’ve been having these past many years. It tastes great. My hair grow a lot more faster, my nails are growing and my skin’s better than before. I have only been using this supplement past few years and it has no side effects on me.

I have bleach coloured treated hair and I noticed that these vitamins keep my hair strong and my hair doesn't break as easily.
