The gummies taste so yummy, they remind me of the strawberries & creme hard candies. I don’t know that they have made a significant different in my hair, nails, and skin, but I do have strong nails, healthy hair, and overall decent skin so they definitely don’t hurt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally take biotin in a pill form. However, these are a great alternative especially if you hate swallowing pills. They even taste great which is a plus! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I purchased a bottle a month ago and it was like I started seeing results within 30 days. As a result, I was tempted to purchase another bottle. I was excited about this journey, until I opened the bottle. Every gummy in the bottle were stuck together with a powdery substance. This is very disappointing because one or all gummies can be affected which can ruin the levels of biotin in each gummy. After looking at reviews, I noticed I am not the only customer that has encountered the same issue. Why is corporate allowing this issue to continue, and what are they doing about it? Just answering reviews with an apology is not enough. That is so bad for business.

These are alright. To me they give about the equivalent of a regular vitamin would though. I saw no real improvement to my hair skin or nails per day with this vitamin versus a regular every day vitamin. While they do help, they are the equivalent to regular vitamins.
