They taste like strawberry gummy bears - YUM! After taking these I notice my nails seem to grow faster and my hair looks better. Definitely not pricey and a good value!

The gummies weren't hard as normal ones tend to be, and I feel like they have made an improvement with my nails. I've purchased these in the past, and have enjoyed them! Worth the try!

I did notice more of a difference in my hair than anything else. I feel like it has grown a bit faster since I started taking these. It also feels a little healthier. I didnt really notice a huge difference in my skin but I have really sensitive skin that never looks good so its hard to judge. As for nails I wear fake nails often so its impossible to judge on that as well. Overall I will continue to use these!

These taste pretty good and I feel like the ingredients are fairly decent. I do think that my hair and nails feel stronger. Would recommend!

But for the first few days Ive used them I think my nails have grown stronger, but I dont know if thats true or Im just making myself think that.
