So I was super excited to start taking vitamins for my hair, skin and nails and but it didn't take long for them to start "working".. i put quotation marks there because while they definitely had an affect, the affect was rather embarrassing. They made me breakout horribly as if i was in middle school wearing sweaty gym clothes all day and they made me smell like it too (especially down there)... i dont doubt they work for some people but i was very disappointed they did not work for me, also i know it was at fault of the vitamins because as a women in her mid 30s, none of that is normal and all symptoms were only present when taking the gummies.. overall good taste and texture though!

My biggest issue with taking supplements is remembering to take them, but gummy form makes it feel like Im having a treat. I havent been test them long enough to definitely say that theyve made a difference, but my normally brittle nails do seem stronger and have broken much less in the four weeks Ive been taking these. I was really disappointed in this because I hyped myself up over it after seeing it all over the internet but once I tried it the gummies were hard and I never saw any results. It may just have been my bottle so I went repurchased it again a few years later (up to now) and they taste the same as they did when I originally bought it a few years ago.
