I didnt give it 5 starts because this version ( gummies) somehow is not healthy. It has a sugar and corn syrup. I prefers Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Hair Skin Nails, 5000mcg of Biotin, 150 Count (Pack of 2) . This last one has all the benefits without the bad ingredients for a healthy and fitness lifestyle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don’t take gummies for supplements, but the Natures Bounty Hair Skin & Nails wasn’t bad. The gummies are soft, but you did get a slight aftertaste that lingers for awhile after taking them. The dosage is just 2 gummies once a day, which makes it easy to remember to take them. After taking them for about two weeks, I noticed that my nails didn’t crack like it usually did. I personally didn’t notice a difference in my hair or skin.

Thats really yummy but so far didnt work with me a lot. But I want to give more time to see the results. My hair doesnt change, my nails is weak and my skin looks like the same. Maybe bc has no long time I am using. I will give another chance. But the flavor is amazing.

I’m not sure how great these work, but I’d say their taste is pretty rough. The target brand is cheaper and tastes significantly better than this brand. I’ve used this on and off because of the taste so I can’t say whether or not they do what they say.
