My nails used to break very easily, and now they are so strong that my manicures last around 3 weeks. My hair is almost growing TOO fast! I love the taste of these. I take them before bed, and they satisfy my sweet tooth. They are affordable, and I will definitely continue to purchase.

Hard not to eat the whole bottle.I know it generally takes at least 30 days to notice a difference in your hair, skin, and nails, so I waited as long as I could before adding a review. I have to say, I haven't noticed a major difference, however my hair and nails seem to be growing at a slightly faster rate than normal. I will go and buy another package because I want to see if there's any continued growth an improvement in my hair skin and nails.

These are amazing!! I take them everyday. They taste amazing, not chalky tasting like other supplements. Last a good couple months and great price as well! Easy to find at any drug store as well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for biotin tablets.
