Its not hard to create sugar free gummies, real fruit tastes great! Its too soon to see a difference in my hair and nails, but here is a before pic of both. I will update after a months use.

I really enjoy these vitamins! They taste so good so its hard to only take 2 a day. The biggest change I've noticed are my nails! They used to be so brittle and take forever to grow. Now they are a lot stronger and are able to keep a nail shape! I haven't noticed a huge different in my hair but I'm only halfway through my first bottle. Will repurchase!

The flavor is decent, but of course, nothing amazing. And if anything, it just feels like an alternative option from unhealthy gummy bears. I probably wouldnt buy it again, unfortunately.

They are soft as well. One week in my nails are growing and stronger. I havent noticed much change in my hair or skin but I was so happy about my nails that the other two didnt bother me. The ends of my hair do seem a little healthier but not a drastic improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a different form of this brand’s biotin supplement for quite some time now with good results, so I was excited to try the gummy version (because that’s way more fun than a pill tbh). The effectiveness seems similar, and it certainly tastes better, however, I had to knock off a star due to the vitamin C content. This is a very situational thing for me personally, as vitamin C interferes with a medication I take, and I have to limit how much I ingest and when. That said, as that’s not an issue for most people, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for others who have trouble with pills or just want something more fun/tasty in their supplements.
